Chef I'Lon will teach you how to plan and prepare vegan meals for yourself, your family, or special event. Classes are available for vegans on all level of their vegan journey, from the baby vegan to the vegan veteran.

Seminars

Chef I'Lon will share her journey to becoming a vegan and vegan chef. She will engage your audience as she explain what being plant-based and vegan means. She will provide quality information that will provoke thoughts and eliminate misconceptions about what it means to be plant-based and/or Vegan. Chef I'Lon will challenge your attendees to examine what is Vegan and define vegan for themselves.
